Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, scheduling and coordination of social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
Support the creation of engaging visual assets using tools like Canva
Help coordinate marketing-related events, workshops or roadshows, ensuring smooth logistics and setup
Conduct basic market research to support campaign targeting and messaging
Monitor campaign results and prepare simple performance reports (e.g. engagement metrics, reach, or impressions)
Collaborate closely with content, design and outreach teams to ensure consistent branding and timely execution
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok or basic video/photo editing tools is a plus
Highly organised with good attention to detail and time management skills
Creative thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
