Currently looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager who will be responsible for driving strategic brand marketing activities, including the direct responsibility of execution through close partnerships with agencies and internal teams, and other stakeholders. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver strategic and scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content to clients and prospects to help achieve business results.
  • Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
  • Plan, lead and execute an event strategy and roadmap to execute events of different scales and formats that boost business development and customer relationship building.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff, subcontractors, vendors and other logistical details to successfully execute all aspects of the event.
  • Create and manage all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.
  • Implement online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
  • Review and optimize the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages. Monitor website traffic as well as marketing initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure all plans and messages are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences.
  • Support integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles\xe2\x80\x93 internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.
  • Act as a brand champion both internally and externally and ensure full compliance with the brand guidelines and message across all solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client success stories.
  • Collaborate with and manage expectations of different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results are adhere to agreed timelines.
  • Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports.
  • Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Have experience in a Bank/ Financial Service firm/ Fintech Blockchain start would be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
