We provide our people with an enriching work environment to include training and career development opportunities.We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a high-performing team with the ability to thrive in a fast paced and challenging professional services environment.We have the following new role opening:Marketing and Communications SpecialistResponsibilities:Write and develop impactful content in multiple formats to include editorial articles, videos/webinars, marketing brochures, infographics, event collateral, social media posts, amongst othersManage the Firm\'s social media platform to include content coordination, development and executionBuild and maintain relationships with the media and coordinate all media requests and activitiesDeveloping business pitches and proposals across practice groupsManaging Firm award submissions to include coordinating, providing recommendations on and drafting of submissions, and organising research interviews with internal and external stakeholdersDeveloping and maintaining written profiles of lawyers in the FirmOverseeing the coordination of marketing sponsorshipsSupporting the team in events organisation and executionRequirements:Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a business-related discipline from a recognised tertiary institutionA minimum of 2 years\' or more (for the senior role) related working experiencePrior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.Exceptional writing abilityA good command of the Chinese language (spoken and written) is advantageousExcellent verbal communication skills and detail orientedStrong time management and organisational skillsProficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge and experience in the use of Adobe Suite, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, DaVinci Resolve would be advantageousWe look forward to receiving your applications.
