Main / Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Events * Develop marketing strategies to maintain club's patronage and support club activities to attract and garner participation.

• Develop and executive marketing plans inclusive of advertising & promotions strategies to promote club's offering and programme
• Formulate and implement marketing strategies, including sponsorship
• Support plans to identify and develop potential business opportunities

Duties / Tasks

• Marketing & Event Management
• Prepare and submit workplan/ budget for each fiscal year
• Conceptualise and submit proposals on promotions/activities for approval
• Work with Corporate Communications department to develop and propose public relations (PR) plans to garner positive publicity coverage for SAFRA Yishun
• Ensure proper management and follow-up on administrative matters
• Manage all marketing and events feedback/enquiries
• Develop marketing collaterals (E.g. newsletter, brochures and phamplets, etc) in support of SAFRA Yishun's and its vendors' marketing campaigns and promotions
• Engage members through club's activities and promotions
• Engaging vendors to understand their latest and upcoming promotions and proposing the suitable platform for publicity.
• Assist in any adhoc tasks by Club Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Business / Sports & Wellness
• At least 2 years' experience in events management and marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused and service-oriented
• Able to work independently and to lead a team
• Singapore Citizens Only
