Job Description

We are looking for a talented Marketing and Graphic Design Executive to undertake marketing projects for our company. You will ideate and execute marketing strategies to promote our products, enhance brand visibility, increase brand awareness and drive revenue for the company. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer\xe2\x80\x99s interest in our products in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms like Shoppee and Lazada
• Design and produce marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, EDMs, catalogs, and other print or digital ads
• Ensure that marketing materials are aligned with the company branding
• Manage social media accounts and curate social media content
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

Requirements and skills

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design/Graphic Design or similar preferred
• English language proficiency
• Knowledge of developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Proficient in design tools such as canva, adobe or others
• Able to create visually appealing and effective marketing collaterals
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media platforms and web analytics tools
• Good understanding of market research techniques
• Strong copywriting skills will be a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Candidates with relevant experience in graphic designing, in-house production and marketing preferred
