Key Responsibilities


1. Promotions Coordination


Assist in planning and executing on-air, online, and offline promotional campaigns.Coordinate logistics for giveaways, contests, and sponsorship activations.Maintain a promotions calendar and ensure deadlines are met.



2. Event & Activation Support


Support the team in organizing events, roadshows, walkabouts, and listener engagement activities.Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.Assist in setting up event materials, giveaways, and on-site coordination.



3. Content & Social Media


Assist in creating content for social media, digital campaigns, and email newsletters.Monitor campaign performance and provide basic analytics reports.Help brainstorm creative ideas for on-air promotions and audience engagement.



4. Administrative & Operational Support


Maintain records of campaigns, promo codes, and event inventories.Prepare reports, presentations, and post-event summaries.Handle correspondence with listeners, partners, and sponsors when required.



5. Creative & Idea Contribution


Contribute ideas for innovative promotions, listener activations, and brand campaigns.Support brainstorming sessions for special projects and initiatives.



Requirements / Skills


Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and outdoor events.Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools is a plus.Passion for media, radio, and audience engagement.
