We are seeking a

Marketing and Sales Engagement Executive

to strengthen our brand presence, drive outreach efforts, and help turn awareness into meaningful business relationships and opportunities.

What You'll Do

Branding & Identity

Strengthen and grow CJO's brand presence across digital, physical and offline channels Contribute to brand storytelling and positioning to attract and retain interest

Marketing Campaigns & Outreach

Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives to support outreach Collaborate with advisory teams to convert leads into qualified prospects Represent CJO at events, networking sessions and partnership activities that expand our customer base and visibility Develop strategies to attract new leads through social media, events, and partnerships

Sales & Relationship Building

Assist in building and managing a pipeline of potential clients and partners through social media, digital campaigns, and networking efforts Help translate marketing efforts into opportunities Manage and build long-term relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring their needs are understood and met

Digital Marketing

Support content creation, social media management, and online engagement.

Audience Research

Analyse engagement data to better understand our target audience and improve future campaigns

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our internal recruitment and sales teams to align marketing goals

Day-to-Day Support

Contribute to daily marketing tasks, reporting, and project coordination

What You Bring

A-Level, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields Comfortable using digital platforms and engaging with people Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Able to work independently and in a team setting Keen to learn, adaptable and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment Experience in marketing and sales is a bonus - but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
