Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and responsible for overall Sales support function for Australia market that included not limited to :

1) Communication functions - prepare and produce communication contents for News and announcements, What's App Broadcasting, and any communication channel.

2) Marketing function - prepare and produce marketing calendar and contents for company product and business opportunity posting/campaign to create awareness and drive sales through all marketing channel and social media channels

Manage all websites, Apps and digital tools by reviewing the web/app content (web banner, landing pages, product placement etc.) and work with functional team to ensure all contents are updated

Support all admin related to corporate events, training and sale activities,

Lead, manage and support distributors Training system

Work with HQ product team in product management function

Support special projects and other duties as assigned by Sale and Marketing Manager/ General Manager.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree Holder preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business administration, or related discipline.

Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply

Minimum 2 years of working experience in Direct Selling Industry and organizing events

Experience in public speaking and providing training is an advantage

Good communication skills, presentation skills, service attitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent writing skills (Especially for eNews and Magazines)

Must be tech savvy and able to manage various communication channels and experience in social media and digital marketing will be an advantage

Experience in using Photoshop, Canva, Clipchamp, and MS Office, especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint applications and etc

Initiative, independent, and resourceful with marketing senses, business awareness, and sales forecasts

Mature, well-organized, and good team player

Willing to take extra duties on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays to support events

Passionate and having good knowledge of health and nutrition products, personal care, and cosmetic trends will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with the Australian market is highly preferred

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
