Job Description

1) Content Creation from Concept to Delivery



Take ownership of the full creative process--from planning and storyboarding to filming, editing, and publishing. Produce impactful videos and photos for campaigns, events, ads, and day-to-day social content. Reformat and optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu, etc.), ensuring it looks great on both mobile and desktop.

2) Creative Direction & Storytelling



Turn ideas and briefs into stories that connect with the audience and strengthen the brand's voice. Experiment with new concepts and formats to keep content fresh while maintaining consistency across all channels. Bring in new creative perspectives that help the brand stand out from the usual industry noise.

3) Craft & Technical Quality



Focus on details--smooth pacing, strong visuals, sharp edits, and sound design that elevates the final product. Handle the entire production flow seamlessly: scriptwriting, shooting, editing, and delivery. * Push for high-quality standards so every piece of content feels professional, polished, and on-brand.
