About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Marketing Assistant

to support our business development and corporate communications within the ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to write and translate technical and business documents accurately. This role will play a key part in supporting our marketing initiatives, client engagement, and liaison with our headquarters in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities, presentations for the Singapore branch. Translate and prepare marketing materials, proposals, reports, and corporate communications between English and Japanese. Support tender submissions, project marketing documents, and promotional content specific to the ACMV/construction industry. Liaise with Japanese HQ and regional offices to align on project updates, and corporate announcements. Assist in organizing client visits, HQ Personnel visits. Conduct market research and prepare competitor/industry analysis reports. Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Business Development team.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Proficiency in

spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)

and English; ability to translate technical/marketing content accurately. 1-3 years of relevant working experience Strong coordination, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and

familiar with digital marketing tools.

* Knowledge of ACMV / construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
