RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies Business Development New Clientele acquisition Customer retention Social Media marketing Influencers marketing Brand management PR and Communications Building a community and brand ambassadors E-commerce website and e-marketplaces Creating contents Corporate Partnership
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of marketing experience. Experienced in managing team. Preferred experience in Beauty / Retail industry. Proficient in implementing and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Proficient in social media marketing and content strategies. Ability to curate popular and relevant content that generates sales opportunities. Solid knowledge of social media platforms and data analytics tools (Google Analytics). Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or other relevant field. Candidates who have obtained relevant digital marketing certificates (Meta blueprint/Google) are a plus. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Proactive and creative/strategic thinker. Able to handle stress and tight timeline submission.
