We are looking for a proactive and creative

Marketing Assistant

to support our sales and marketing team. You will be involved in the planning and execution of digital campaigns, content creation, event coordination, and various marketing initiatives across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage content and postings for social media platforms (including content creation) Execute end-to-end EDM/email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product launches, promotions) Design product listings and marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools Update and maintain e-commerce platform content (products, pages, pricing, etc.) Learn and utilize digital marketing software and tools Assist in the development and distribution of print advertisements and promotional materials Coordinate logistics and monitor the distribution of marketing collateral Support planning and on-site coordination for exhibitions, trade shows, and events Liaise with media, suppliers, and clients for marketing-related matters Prepare and compile marketing campaign reports Analyze market trends and competitor activities Maintain and update marketing databases Assist in the execution of marketing and promotional plans Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team Undertake ad-hoc marketing or administrative tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

NITEC/ Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Familiar with digital tools and platforms is preferred Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills A keen eye for design and attention to detail Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
