Working Day: Mon to FriWorking Hours: Mon to Thurs, 830am-6pm, Fri 830am - 5:30pmLocation: Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051Salary: $2200 - $2600 (Assistant) ; $2800 - $3200 (Executive)Contract role basis, yearly renewable:Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams and assist in organizing and coordinating events/ conferences/ exhibitions.
- Oversees and coordinates the creation and production of collateral.
- Co-maintaining websites and co-administer social media accounts within the team.
- Any other ad hoc duties required from time to time and/ or according to the statutory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficient with Microsoft Application (ie. Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, etc)
- Prior experience in managing digital marketing is preferred
- Possess a Marketing or marketing related Degree
- Possess at least 2 years of marketing experience.
