This is a remote position.
Our client was started in 2008 specifically to address the enterprise risk management needs of industry with Big 4 public accounting and consulting quality at an affordable price. Their core competency is truly in helping organizations bridge the gap between strategy and execution. They have refined a system over time for thinking through risks that could stop or slow strategy and for addressing those risks. They protect their culture like their lives depend on it.
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Assistant that can help us support our growing customer base.

Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Assistant:

• Responsible for assisting in developing proposal and marketing collaterals.
• 
  Build PowerPoint, documents, flyers, and email solicitations.
• 
  Report to the Director of Operations but will work closely with the CEO in the development of these materials.
• 
  Utilize online market research and catalog findings to databases.
• 
  Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research, and implement best practices.

Requirements

To be a Marketing Assistant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or similar field.
  
• Proven 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
  
• Strong background in PowerPoint, Canva and other similar software products.
  
• Knowledge using video editing software is a plus.
  
• Excellent knowledge in databases, MS Office, and relevant tools.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining.
  
• Working knowledge with CRM programs.
  
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  
• Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines.
  
• Possess a collaborative personality and be open to suggestions from team members.
