ROLE



The Marketing Assistant/Executive is responsible for supporting the marketing team by executing paid media marketing campaigns to enhance the school's brand visibility, attract prospective families, and support student recruitment goals. This position works closely and collaboratively with the Marketing and Admissions team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and enrollment objectives.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Maintain and manage the school's paid media channels platforms, and scheduling of social posts ensuring brand consistency. Act as a point of contact for media agencies; manage press releases and media inquiries Work closely with the admissions team to integrate digital marketing and PR efforts with enrolment strategies. Support the marketing team in planning targeted campaigns to raise brand awareness and attract prospective families. Provide marketing and PR support during open days, tours, fairs, and other admissions-driven events. Capture or coordinate visual media (photos/videos) during school events and daily campus life. Organize and manage digital asset libraries for easy access across departments. Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure campaigns and events run smoothly and on schedule. Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, communications, events) to align marketing plans with school priorities and enrollment targets. Assist with running digital ad campaigns, such as social media ads, Google Ads, and email marketing. Compile summary reports detailing digital and PR performance, sentiment, reach, and opportunities. Ensure all public materials adhere to the school's brand guidelines. Monitor brand perception online and recommend improvements.

REQUIREMENTS



Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, PR, or communications -- preferably in an educational or international environment. Proficient in managing social media platforms and websites Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly manner. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Collaborative and proactive; able to work well with cross-functional teams including admissions, events, and academics. Adaptable to a fast-paced international school environment.
