About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate

to support our growing beauty and skincare brands.
You'll assist in executing digital campaigns, coordinating social media content, and supporting product launches across online and retail platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is

hands-on, organized, and passionate about beauty, skincare, and marketing

, with an eye for good visuals and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Support

Assist in planning and executing

marketing campaigns

, including festive promos, product launches, and online sales events (e.g. 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12). Coordinate content creation for

social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

and website banners. Work closely with designers, influencers, and content creators to ensure all materials align with brand guidelines. Draft and schedule posts, captions, and email newsletters. Track and report campaign results -- engagement, traffic, and conversion data.

Product & Brand Support

Help update

product listings

on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms. Maintain product descriptions, pricing, and promotional banners. Assist with

photo/video shoots

, sample requests, and product preparation. Coordinate

giveaways, KOL collaborations

, and campaign logistics.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

Support marketing team with

daily coordination, filing, and tracking

of marketing budgets or invoices. Prepare presentations, reports, or content briefs when required. Assist in monitoring

competitor activities and market trends

for insights and improvement.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or beauty industry preferred (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in

Canva, Excel/Google Sheets

, and familiar with

social media platforms

(TikTok, IG, FB). Basic understanding of

Shopify, Shopee, or Klaviyo

is an advantage. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines. Passionate about beauty, wellness, and visual branding.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
