Ideation of social media content to promote OCBC Wisma Atria and events.
Support in the creation of design assets for OCBC Wisma Atria social and in-branch marketing where relevant
OCBC Wisma Atria events and campaigns development and execution
Support in relevant competitor analysis, the ideation of events and marketing campaigns to promote OCBC Wisma Atria and support business KPIs
Coordination with internal stakeholders, agencies and external lifestyle partners, to curate regular programming to drive footfall and create wealth conversations at the branch.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Branch Banking teams, Business Risk Management, Legal & Compliance etc) and agencies (event organisers, media, creative etc) to drive execution. This includes helping to oversee any required on-site set up and event management.
Support in the publicity of events and campaigns across available channels such as eDMs, social media, digital displays, website etc. This could include cross functional department tie-ups for \xe2\x80\x98always on\xe2\x80\x99 marketing channels.
Post event and campaign reviews
Collate performance results for reporting and analyses, to uncover feedback and areas for improvement.
Support the team in any other related duties such as seeking relevant approvals, processing invoices etc.
Qualifications Qualifications
Good written and verbal communications, and project management skills. Able to prioritize high impact activities, and keep initiatives moving forward under tight timelines
Strong attention to details and comfortable with the necessary compliance and approval processes required
Familiar with the spectrum of marketing communications, from digital marketing, social media marketing, to event planning and management
Team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, across internal teams and divisions
Creative, resourceful, with problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility to see through all tasks and new initiatives.
Able to multi-task, and is highly versatile and adaptable to change, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Graphic design experience with familiarity of design software such as InDesign or Illustrator is a plus
