Job Description

As a Marketing Associate, you will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. Your key responsibilities include:

Content Creation & Management

Develop engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), EDMs, and WhatsApp campaigns. Assist in copywriting for captions, posters, newsletters, and advertisements. Coordinate photo and video shoots at playgrounds and events.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

Schedule and publish social media posts according to the marketing calendar. Track and report performance of social media and digital campaigns. Support paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) and analyze ROI.

Events & Partnerships

Assist in marketing for special events (e.g., holiday celebrations, birthday parties, seasonal promotions). Support collaborations with schools, enrichment centres, and corporate partners. Help manage influencer/parent blogger engagements.

Market Research & Branding

Conduct competitor research and identify new marketing opportunities. Assist in maintaining consistent branding across playgrounds, party packages, and campaigns.

General Marketing Support

Work closely with the operations team to promote promotions, bundles, and new activities. Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1-2 years of marketing experience (internship or full-time); fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome. Proficiency in social media management and basic digital marketing. Strong writing and communication skills (English; Chinese is a plus). Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an advantage. Passion for children's entertainment, events, or family-focused businesses is highly valued.
