Participate and support the launch and day-to-day operations to grow Shopee Singapore's various marketing campaigns
Drive initiatives and key mechanics to help achieve topline targets. Engage in brainstorming innovative campaigns aimed at enhancing sales performance
Analyse competitor performance and industry solutions to drive strategic growth initiatives based on market trends and best practices
Use data to guide decision-making, continuously optimising campaign performance through new mechanics and engagement strategies
Keep abreast of trends on other e-commerce platforms and broader industry developments through comprehensive competitor analysis
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
Internship/past experience or knowledge in the relevant industry, such as e-commerce, growth marketing or digital advertising
Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach
Organised, able to multitask and pay close attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint / Google Slides, Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments, flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions, influencing senior stakeholders
