Manage marketing budget, track initiatives performance and drive optimisations to improve ROI
Acquire a full understanding of the competitive landscape and buyer behaviour of the assigned Retail Brand(s)
Campaign Management
Lead the development of the Retail Brand(s) marketing calendar, including campaign planning and coordination with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Big Campaigns and Retail Merchandising team
Price-Related Mechanism (PRM) Management
Manage shop voucher budgeting and optimise mechanics to drive commercial objectives
Manage Shopee Ads strategy and lead execution to drive commercial objectives
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and manage insights based on CRM objectives and determine action plans to optimise based on buyer segments
Marketing Solutions
Craft and manage Marketing Solutions programmes to monetise assets and drive revenue
Track and coordinate with the Retail Merchandising team to ensure partners meet package requirements and fulfil obligations
Commercial Projects
Assist with any other ad hoc commercial projects to improve buyer experience and conversions
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Internship / past experience or knowledge in relevant industry such as e-commerce, growth marketing or digital advertising
Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach
Organised, able to multitask and pay close attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint / Google Slides, Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments, flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions, influencing senior stakeholders
