POSITION PURPOSE

A regional specialist will cover a portfolio of Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and partner countries for IELTS, whilst the associate specialist will assist the senior specialist to cover these markets. The role also partners the stakeholders in the countries for campaign best practice, reporting and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy, Planning and Delivery
  • Create and launch campaigns for countries to go \xe2\x80\x9clive\xe2\x80\x9d within the specified timeframe, in the specified country launches for the financial yea
  • Ability to review, edit (e.g., text/html/imagery) global campaign set up and personalise for the countries with adequate testing prior to campaign launch
  • Partner with Global MA IELTS teams, Regional IELTS Ops, Regional IELTs Digital Marketing, country marketing/IELT Ops teams to deliver the region\xe2\x80\x99s strategic focus
Technical Skills in Marketing Automation
  • Ensure MA campaigns are working on IELTS (batch and recurring) with the required tags and associated triggered actions (e.g., task creation, email / SMS / chat messages / phone call)
  • Identify best practices when launching MA campaigns \xe2\x80\x93 e.g. A/B tests, Control Groups, HTML, segmentation and how the email is crafted
  • Ability to segment / export and import required target audiences for MA campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and seek solutions for stakeholders, thus meeting the marketing objectives/ KPIs for the country
  • Ability to understand how marketing automation works with other marketing technology platforms, especially for data integration.
Campaign Optimisation
  • Review and consolidate A/B test, Control Group testing or any performance results to identify recommendations such as the following (but not limited to):
  • Determining best timings for campaign send
  • Identify content / imagery that enhances performance
  • Personalisation in campaign assets
  • Interactions tracked in campaign assets e.g., forms, landing pages and Google Analytics
  • Determine best notification methods to IELTS test centres
  • Determine best CTA methods to reach audience
  • Determine best type of campaign category to generate bookings
Reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create both regional and country reporting dashboards that fulfil country requirements.
  • Identify recommendations and next steps from country reporting with senior specialists
Collaboration
  • Regularly meet with IELTS PULSE teams to discuss results and push forward best practice
  • Work with the IDP IELTS Global MA community and contribute experience and lessons learned
  • Leverage successful MA initiatives from across country and share that within the IDP IELTS MA Community
  • Work with senior specialist to act as one POC for all country IELTS MA requirements
  • Contribute to building a positive work environment within the team based on a shared commitment to IDP\xe2\x80\x99s values and quality
Training
  • Assist in organising training sessions for the SEA IELTS PULSE teams
  • Assist in providing reference documents provided by global or created by region to help understand
  • Assist in preparing and organising training assets for SEA Marketing Automation Certification Program
General
  • Undertake any other lawful duties as reasonably directed by management
WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Essential requirements:
  • Lead Nurturing background preferred
  • Educated to Graduation level or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise Marketing Automation systems such as Marketo, Salesforce or equivalent
  • Ideally obtained the Marketo Certified Expert / Marketo Certified Associate / Adobe Certified Expert / Professional
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS to perform email and landing page edits
  • Ability & willingness to learn new skills in the fast-paced environment with global pilots (e.g., call campaign / chat application integration etc)
  • Able to read, analyse and interpret campaign results effectively and use & apply findings to deliver better MA campaign outcomes
  • Knowledge of MS office (excel, word, PowerPoint) to compute various reports and training documentation
  • Good verbal, written communication, and persuasion skills
Desirable requirements:
  • Experience in working in dynamic global environment
  • Experience in digital marketing ad buy
  • Experience in the education, retail or travel industries
  • English is key mode of communication. Any additional proficiency in any Southeast Asian country language would be a plus.
