looking for someone who can jump in wherever needed -- from marketing visuals to birthday party BD to day-to-day admin.

The Role

A hybrid position covering:

Marketing

Create engaging social media content (IG, FB, TikTok) Design simple but attractive visuals (Canva proficiency required) Update and maintain our website (basic WordPress skills a bonus) Assist with campaigns, newsletters, and promotions Track basic analytics and performance

Business Development (Parties & Events)

Respond to enquiries for parties and corporate bookings Prepare simple proposals or decks Support outreach to schools, partners, vendors Help coordinate event logistics where needed

Admin & Operations

General admin tasks (Google Workspace wizardry is a plus) Scheduling, data entry, and basic reporting Support with inventory, printing, and ad-hoc tasks Jump in to help the team in busy periods (we all do!)

You Are

Entry-level or early-career; no fancy CV needed Proficient in

Canva, Google Suite, ChatGPT

, and comfortable learning new tools Familiar with (or willing to learn)

WordPress

Organized, reliable, and proactive A team player who is happy to figure things out Someone who thrives in a small team where every task matters Comfortable multitasking and wearing multiple hats

Nice-to-Haves

Basic photography/video skills Experience planning events or kids' activities Interest in branding or content creation A creative eye and "just try it" attitude
