For over 25 years, Vinum Fine Wines has grown from its beginnings in Singapore to a global Wine Merchant, expert at sourcing rare wines and serving Private Customers & Collectors, Fine Dining Restaurants & Luxury Hotels around the world. Based in Singapore, the UK and Taiwan, Vinum is one of the leaders in the fine wines industry.



This internship is a great opportunity to show off your astute communication skill, digital strengths, including social and email strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of various digital platforms. In this role, you should be creative, meticulous, have a strong understanding of basic marketing and communications strategies. You should be able to multi-task between ongoing projects. You will be working with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop the brand internationally and support the organisation of the wine events in Singapore.

Your missions:

- Support the marketing and communication team in their various day to day tasks

- Active participation in the strategic planning process, including developing goals & objectives.

- Communications strategies, public relations management, digital marketing processes.

- Manage Social Media Campaigns

- Create content, photos/ videos/ reels for social media platforms

- Support the digital advertisement campaigns (sponsored ads on social media/ Google Ads)

- Support the team for the management of the events (wine dinners, wine fairs, wine tastings)

- Creation of marketing and communication tools

- Work with the team to develop and update the website.

Requirements:

• Singaporean or PR only*
• Minimum of a Bachelor or Master in marketing and communication
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Language fluency in English, French is a plus.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Perfect knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn..)
• Good knowledge or notion of InDesign or Canva
• Capability to multi-task simultaneous ongoing projects
• Good communication and relationship skills
• Capability to be creative
• Knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus!
