Founded in 2001, East Asia Institute of Management (EAIM) is a private education institution offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Awarded with the prestigious 4-year EduTrust certification by the Council of Private Education, Singapore, EAIM is looking for highly motivated individuals to join us in our growth.Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of the overall marketing & brand communications of programmes
• Maintain and build excellent public relations and media relations
• Provide support in marketing and company-wide initiatives
• Copywrite communication materials and articles for web and marketing collaterals
• Ensure updates and relevancy on the website, brochures and all marketingrelated materials
• Liaise with Creative Team for overall conceptualization and production of marketing materials and projects
• Execute A&P activities
• Media buying and monitoring of ads
• Assist in events such as roadshows, exhibitions and seminars
• Tracking of Budget and monthly A&P reporting duties
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of design related materials for audit purposes
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields with 1-3 years of prior experience in advertising, brand communications, ecommerce and digital media
• Meticulous executor with a keen eye for details
• Good interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills
• Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of digital mediums, including digital media
• Relevant experience in graphic design and knowledge in basic photography and videography will be an added advantage.
