Job Description

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a self-driven individual to join our expanding Corporate and Marketing Communications department in the energy industry. The marketing communications (Marcom) coordinator will support the in-house team in day-to-day activities, assist in developing and implementing Marcom initiatives and activities with external agencies, and liaise with third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations. With a self-starter mindset, the Marcom coordinator is an independent worker and core member of the team who will enjoy career development and progression opportunities. Key responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate with in-house team and external agencies to support the development and implementation of campaigns and activations.
• Monitor media, mailbox and social media to triage appropriate responses and actions.
• Prepare reports and presentation material.
• SAP processing, preparation of financial accruals and any other administrative duties when required.

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Mass Communications.
• At least 1 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in brand or marketing communications.
• Keen knowledge of social media platforms and latest digital trends.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and team player mindset.
• Prior experience in the energy industry is not required, but an appreciation for energy and sustainability topics will be helpful.
• Creative and keen aesthetic judgement to adhere to brand guidelines.
