Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to the Associate Director and you will collaborate with stakeholders across all departments (Marketing Communications, Product, Sales, etc.)
The candidate will be onsite at our telecommunications client\'s office.

Responsibilities

  • Support Marcom team to develop and execute effective marketing and communications strategies and go to market plans; manage and execute new, non-traditional marketing channels, content approaches and partnerships to build brand awareness, shape perceptions, drive purchase behaviour, drive engagement and nurture brand loyalty.
  • To manage and execute new, non-traditional, marketing channels to achieve objectives of building brand awareness, shaping perceptions, and driving purchase behaviour, customer engagement, nurturing brand loyalty and drive new customer acquisition for our client\'s products and services. Supporting Marcom team in all Go-To-Market plans to gain new customers through communication efforts.
  • Work with marketing and business teams to develop strategies and campaigns to acquire new / existing customers.
  • Work closely with creative agencies on developing and executing communications that may include paid advertising, websites, social media, in-stores and/or on-ground activation.
  • To support in the planning and execution of events that includes sourcing, logistics, communication and collaterals needed for brand, product and services launches.
  • Ensure consistency in key communication message across all customer touchpoints - online, shops and etc
  • To manage and execute ATL, Social, Digital integrated communications that aid retail operations, including and not limited to In-store POS, visual display, direct mailers, electric mailers, flyers.
  • Keep abreast of marketing trends & adopt a test-and-learn mentality.
  • Management of allocated marketing budgets that includes raising PO, closing invoices and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Mass Comms / Digital Marketing preferred
  • Min 1-2 years relevant working experience in a consumer environment, working with or developing communication materials, in a marketing communication role , advertising or marketing agency. Candidates with a Telecommunications or Content background will be preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, and good interpersonal skills will be essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail
  • Adaptable to a fast paced environment with the constant need for changes due to the nature of the business and be a resourceful individual.
  • Basic knowledge in digital marketing media channels and ad formats.
  • Understanding of Social media and its associated trends.
  • Great interpersonal skill & good project management to work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Natural flair for creative work and content will be an added advantage
  • Can do attitude, eager and willing to learn.
