Responsibilities: Assist in copywriting for the Club's publications including bi-monthly magazine and Annual Report. Assist in content development for the Club's digital and social media channels. Manage publicity requests for events, promotions and internal communications and ensure timely reach out to target audiences. Handle members' feedback via drafting replies, tracking and preparing monthly reports. Plan and execute outreach marketing activities and campaigns to promote Club memberships. Generate reports to track effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns. Research and acquire opportunities to promote membership via partnerships. Assist in developing members' benefits and retention programmes.
