Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives that align with company objectives and brand direction. Prepare presentation decks and proposals to support branding and campaign development. Create marketing and communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, EDMs, and promotional collaterals. Oversee social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to customer feedback and inquiries. Assist in the management and growth of customer engagement and loyalty programs. Maintain and update all brand communication platforms regularly. Monitor, analyze, and compile reports on campaign performance and promotional outcomes. Provide support on various marketing and administrative projects as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or business development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines. Displays a positive attitude and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
