This role will be working closely alongside the Marketing Director to gather the Marketing directives from the German HQ and disseminate the marketing campaigns & materials down to the regional markets to localize them. This role will also be designing marketing collaterals, product product brochures, packaging design and sourcing of corporate gifts, while assisting in the coordination efforts of tradeshows, exhibitions, etc.

Adecco is partnering with a leading German MNC, specializing in the manufacturing of material finishings, and they are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to join their regional sales office in Singapore to cover the SEA region!

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working Arrangements | Flexi working hours (8:15am to 4:30/5pm)

The Job:

• Responsible for all marketing communications for external and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for the organization\'s Corporate Image, Brand Identity and Communication Guidelines
• Responsible for the design, develop and production of marketing collaterals, product brochures, sales materials and POS material
• Assist in the coordination of exhibitions, promotion activities, internal and external trainings as well as customer events
• Coordinate with HQ, team members & external vendors on marketing communication related matters
• Assist in writing articles for newsletters, internal communications, news release or media publicity
• Managing of company website, and employee engagement notice board
• Increase brand awareness through regular postings on social media and e-commerce platforms
• Retrieve and analyse results from digital platforms, digital marketing programs and initiatives
• Handling of Merchandising and souvenirs
• Keep proper records on marketing materials

The Talent:

• Proficient usage of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Creative and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and multi task
• Comfortable to travel around the SEA regiona - minimally 1-2 times a quarter
• Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good command of English language
• Experience in event/exhibition management
