Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise and manage events, including conceptual design, budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics and on-site execution
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of events within constraints
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Provide post-event analysis and reporting to assess the outcome of events, identify areas and make recommendations for future improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest event management trends and technologies
  • Manage event contracts, invoices and payments
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, event management or related field
  • 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant work experience in marketing communications or event management
  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
