Liaises with key stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and plans, leveraging on market research and analyses to identify marketing opportunities, target markets and marketing channels.Plans marketing campaigns and manages the execution of marketing and media-related activities and events. Responsibilities include developing campaign design concepts and ideas, marketing collaterals as well as measures to engage customers. Manages public communications as well, monitoring and responding to online comments.Key Tasks: Develop market research plans and review research findings to support the development of marketing strategies and plans Develop strategies to utilise website, and digital and social media platforms for marketing and public relations and to increase brand's presence Develop measures to enhance customer experience across traditional, digital and social media platforms and customer touch points Manage execution of marketing campaigns and media-related activities and events Craft and send regular newsletters with company updatesRequired Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar roles Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics Experience with marketing campaigns on social media Excellent verbal and written communication skillsJob Requirement: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field Entry level candidates welcome to apply and suitability will be assessed accordingly
