Were searching for a creative and proactive Marketing & Communications Manager to join our vibrant team and drive our marketing and PR efforts. • Youll be the mastermind behind all press inquiries xe2x9cxa8, ensuring our hotel is always in the spotlight. Your role includes organizing standout PR events that capture attention and enhance our brand image.
• Taking care of journalists staying with us will be part of your daily routine xefxb8x8f, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience at Mama Shelter. Youll be proactive in implementing creative PR measures to keep our hotel buzzing with excitement.
• Managing our marketing budget is key to your role , so you'll forecast, plan, and monitor expenses to maximize impact. Youll also keep our press database and marketing materials updated xefxb8x8f, from press releases to photo archives.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local journalists, community leaders, and VIPs is crucial . Youll make sure to keep the press engaged through thoughtful interactions and regular updates.
• Internally, you'll support our Rooms, F&B xefxb8x8f, and Banquet teams with marketing activities that drive bookings and sales. Communication is key , so you'll keep the team informed about all relevant news and maintain a positive internal environment.
• Always be prepared and adhere to hotel standards while maintaining a high level of professionalism xefxb8x8f. Youll also be involved in special tasks and new openings , ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively.
