Planning digital marketing campaigns, comprising web, email, blog, and all social media platforms.
Develop and manage content marketing/communication strategies, link building strategies, and social media presences.
Manage app content creation in collaboration with marketing team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute programs and initiatives to enhance community connections and cultivate a feeling of inclusiveness.
Manage all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection to budgeting to post-event evaluations.
Develop and implement stakeholder strategies for shareholders, tenants, shoppers, suppliers, employees, and the local communities.
Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing/Business
Min 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
Clear understanding and proven portfolio in digital marketing and communications.
Strong project management skills, including ability to deal with crises effectively.
Candidates from real estate/hospitality industry will have an advantage.
