Work you'll do
You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team that supports Deloitte in Singapore and Southeast Asia in communications work including:
Internal communications
Supporting Deloitte leaders and internal stakeholders in Singapore and across Southeast Asia to communicate strategic priorities and business objectives to Deloitte people in the region. The team's goal is to build and maintain Deloitte's high performance culture aligned to the Deloitte Purpose and Shared Values.
Social media
Supporting Deloitte leaders and internal stakeholders in Singapore and across Southeast Asia to identify, plan and execute online content strategy in line with the organisation's strategic business plans. The team's goal is to assist businesses in reaching out to clients as well as raise Deloitte's eminence as an employer of choice through social media and digital marketing efforts.
This role will also present opportunities for you to work on projects as part of the wider Marketing & Communications team, outside of the coomunications scope.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Communications Leader, the candidate will be involved in the following:
Internal communications

• Drafting/editing internal communications materials
• Develop internal communications campaigns from end-to-end where required
• Upkeep of the Deloitte intranet site
• Governance of the internal communications calendar and schedule
• Any other duties as assigned

Social media

• Developing social media campaigns
• Managing requests for social media posts
• Vetting/reviewing of social media posts
• Community management of the different social media channels
• Tracking and monitoring of daily social media engagement/activities (for example comments and DMs)
• Analysing campaigns and/or posts performance
• Planning and running paid digital advertisements
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A recognised University degree in communications, digital media, marketing, business, or a related discipline

• 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a social media management and/or internal communications capacity. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Sharp writing skills, and the ability to edit concisely and accurately
• Experience in digital advertising processes and managing advertising platforms (eg: LinkedIn/FB Campaign Manager) is a plus
• Maturity and keen understanding of nuance and sensitivity related to branding and reputation management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders, internal clients and team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently
• Self-starter, capable of working independently, and proactive
• Demonstrates personal accountability for keeping own performance on track

• Is a good team player who can work effectively in diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture
• Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development

• Meticulous, with an attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
