Job Description
Position: Marketing Communication Specialist
Contract: Period: 3 months
Located: Woodlands
Salary: $2260 to $2550 per month
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.30pm (Mon to Thurs) & 9.00am to 6.00pm (Friday)
JOB SCOPE:
- Liaise with various stakeholders to gather content for the preparation of marketing collaterals
- Assist to proofread and edit content for marketing collaterals to ensure content is updated accurately
- Assist in the coordination work for the production of publicity collaterals
- Support the department\xe2\x80\x99s ad-hoc design requirements when required e.g. artwork creation & editing
- Coordinate backend tasks required for photoshoot and video filming sessions
- Provide pre-event and on-site support for photoshoots, video filming and other events
- General administrative and coordination work
- Minimum Diploma Holders in Marketing and Communication
- Prior experience in project coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Good verbal and writtencommunication skills
- Preferably with relevant experience in marketing and communications fields
- Good problem-solving skills, diligent and resourceful
- Experience in using design software (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro would be useful
- Shortlisted candidate is requires an interview written test (s)
