Job Description

You are responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies across multiple channels. This includes leveraging your background in marketing, communications, event planning, and project management.
In this role your duties will include:
MEDIA STRATEGY & PLANNING:

• Manage Media Agency to ensure prompt and timely deliverables
• Strategize with Media Agency for efficient use of Media Investments to ensure maximum Brand Amplification in Singapore - Traditional Media, Digital & Social platforms
• Develop Performance Oriented Digital Strategy that drives relevant traffic online

PR & INFLUENCER STRATEGY:

• Manage & Maintain Good relationships with Press to ensure strong editorial coverage
• Develop consistent PR strategy that complements Media Plan
• Motivate & Manage PR Agency to deliver High Visibility
• Develop Clear Influencer Strategy (Media Trips / PR Seeding/ Gifting) for Singapore to maximize Brand buzz on Social platforms

EVENTS MANAGEMENT:

• Plan and execute local and regional events (in-store, out-of-store, trunk shows, media tie-ups)
• Collaborate with teams to drive consumer engagement and brand exposure
• Develop performance-oriented events aligned with product launches
• Identify opportunities to expand the client base, new initiatives and partnerships to boost consumer engagement
• Monitor competitor activities and consolidate monthly reports
• Strategize & lead BTL agencies for innovative and unique events with timely event deliverables (set-up, tear-down, stock arrival, select venues and coordinate logistics.
• The role will be work closely with cross-functional and stakeholders to plan, develop and implement trade marketing programs.

Profile
About YOU:
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in related field/industry.
• Familiarity of fashion/luxury brand environment
• Agility in reacting to market changes and development
• A collaborative team player with a positive energy and capable of managing multiple stakeholders within tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to details
• High proficient in MS excel /PowerPoint
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
