You'll collaborate across international and regional teams to amplify brand visibility, support our distributors and their customers, and execute impactful digital, social, and event-driven campaigns. Duties & Responsibilities:



Develop and execute marketing communication and product strategies for the APAC region in partnership with the Head of International Marketing and local teams Serve as day-to-day support to the APAC marketing and sales teams, assisting with projects, training materials, and presentations. Plan and manage industry conferences, clinical meetings, Cutera-hosted workshops, and educational events across the region. Collaborate with Distributors to maximize brand visibility and product exposure. Manage the APAC marketing budget, track spending, and provide monthly updates to the Head of International Marketing. Coordinate translation of global marketing assets--including brochures, social graphics, and website copy--for regional use. Oversee APAC social media channels, including strategy, content planning, calendar creation, and performance reporting. Manage inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up and accurate tracking of lead activity. Organize and maintain promotional materials and marketing inventory in the Cutera Hong Kong office. Provide logistical support for APAC and international marketing events as needed. Support additional projects or duties assigned by the Head of International Marketing or local Sales Leadership.

Travel Requirements:



Ability to travel up to 15% within the APAC region and internationally as required.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field is preferred. Experience in medical devices and/or aesthetic industry is required. Must have proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (including Marketo), Salesforce, Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, and RedBook. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to coordinate and execute multiple complex projects simultaneously. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required.
