Job Description
- Develop and deliver persuasive job advertisements and ensure that jobs are posted on all applicable job boards
- Increase conversion and generation of quality leads by optimizing content for SEO and providing regular analysis using actual data
- Manage the job boards including the consistent flow of jobs from our ATS to our site up to the job boards
- Ensure that all active jobs from our ATS (TrackerRMS) are posted externally (website) and on all job boards
- Adhoc tasks and functions will be assigned, depending on business need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven work experience as a content marketer, content writer, manuscript proofreader or any related field
- Tech-savvy with the ability to comprehend and learn new platforms in the quickest manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
- Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time
- Amenable to work onsite on different shifts (esp night shift)
- Shift system
- 13th month salary
- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
