Coordinate and support the execution of marketing events, including webinars, seminars, roadshows, exhibitions, and booths.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as vendors, venues, fund houses, speakers, and the internal marketing team to ensure smooth event delivery.
Assist with event logistics including venue coordination, setup, materials preparation, registrations, and on-site support.
Support outreach and follow-ups with partners, speakers, and attendees before and after events.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure event messaging and branding are aligned.
Assist in basic marketing support tasks related to events (e.g. simple eDMs, registration coordination, post-event reporting).
Handle ad-hoc marketing and coordination tasks as required.
Requirements
Open to diploma holders; candidates with backgrounds in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields are welcome.
Prior experience coordinating events, webinars, seminars, roadshows, or exhibitions is highly preferred.
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with external partners, speakers, and event participants.
Enjoys engaging people, building relationships, and supporting business development efforts through events.
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting on-ground event execution when required.
Interest in finance, investments, or financial services is a plus, but not mandatory.
