We build immersive experiences, lifestyle movements, and scalable event IPs. Our portfolio includes some of Singapore's most iconic consumer shows, such as Asia Cat Expo, Singapore Cat Festival, and Hobbies Fair, drawing tens of thousands of attendees and highly engaged communities each year.
Formerly Furflr, we are now scaling as Atomic Events Global, expanding into new verticals and continuing to push boundaries in pet, hobby, youth culture, and lifestyle events.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote events across various channels (social media, email, digital ads, partnerships, etc.).
Create engaging content, including social media posts, email newsletters, press releases, and event advertisements.
Manage and grow event social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to develop promotional materials such as banners, brochures, and videos.
Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize event reach.
Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to increase event visibility.
Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for better results.
Assist in securing sponsorships by preparing marketing decks and showcasing event value to potential sponsors.
Work closely with other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with event logistics and timelines.
Support on-site event execution by overseeing media coverage, social media updates, and sponsor branding placements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Relevant marketing experience (internship/entry-level) OR a diploma/degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing basics, and simple analytics tools.
Possess a creative mindset, strong communication skills and ability to engage audiences across various platforms.
Strong organisational skills and ability to support multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good communication skills when working with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail in copy, scheduling, and deliverables.
Adaptability and problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments.
Preferred (but not required):
Basic photography or videography for quick content capture.
Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads.
Simple CapCut or Lightroom editing skills for fast turnaround content.
Experience with Mailchimp or similar email/CRM platforms.
Familiarity with Canva or related tools.
Interest or passion in pets, hobbies, lifestyle, creators, or youth culture communities.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
