This is our pledge to meet an ambitious goal: the elimination of all greenhouse gases from our work by 2030.Your RoleGensler\xe2\x80\x99s Singapore office is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. Marketing Coordinators are the key producers of materials that support Gensler\xe2\x80\x99s direct business development efforts. They work under the direction of the studio director and the regional marketing director to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm win work. They may also support other general activities, such as PR and knowledge management, etc.All Gensler marketers should be excellent communicators, proactive problem solvers, and team players at a level appropriate to their experience. You must be committed to delivering excellent client service, work well under pressure, and have a positive, \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude. Special opportunities may arise for those who perform exceptionally within practice areas or disciplines, such as writing, graphic design, strategy, and/or public relations.What You Will Do

  • Work with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral, aligned with brand standards
  • Develop new materials to support business development activities, as needed
  • Perform multiple marketing efforts to meet frequent deadlines
  • Develop a deep understanding of Gensler\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of work, practice areas, and Firmwide capabilities
  • Write case stories and resumes
  • Maintain resources & information systems: ordering materials, updating project documentation, resumes, and image libraries
  • Coordinate other responsibilities, as assigned
  • Being an integrated Marketing Team member
Your Qualifications
  • Min 2-3 years of marketing experience for a design or professional services firm
  • Degree in Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create effective presentations and other marketing collateral
  • Self-motivated with intra-personal skills, and a great team-player
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines at a time
  • Ability to work with diverse project teams in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong graphic communication and design skills
  • Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in video production and editing is a plus
