Sales

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, purchase order and quotations

\xc2\xb7 Follow up of sales related matters, including documentation

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Marketing

\xc2\xb7 Generate new ideas for brand promotion, drive leads and increase brand awareness

\xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to gather insights on target audience, industry trends and competition

\xc2\xb7 Support the planning and execution of events and trade-shows

\xc2\xb7 Help maintain and update company website, marketing collaterals and social media platforms

\xc2\xb7 Communicate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for new marketing initiatives

\xc2\xb7 Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the sales & marketing department
