Marketing Admin Intern (Quant Finance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Admin Intern to help build our firm's brand and support administrative operations. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and media--driving engagement through social platforms like Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Branding

Develop and execute social media content strategies to grow brand awareness on Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn. Create short-form video content (reels, TikToks) showcasing firm culture, insights, and life at a quant finance firm. Research and implement creative campaigns to position us as a forward-thinking, AI-first trading firm. Monitor social media trends and propose innovative ways to increase engagement and reach. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Administrative Support

Assist with day-to-day office/admin tasks (scheduling, documentation, HR coordination). Help organize recruitment drives, events, and outreach campaigns. Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and talent pipelines. Support general operations and ensure smooth workflows across teams.

What We're Looking For

Strong interest in marketing, branding, or communications. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn). Creative mindset with a knack for content creation (design, video editing, copywriting). Good organizational and multitasking skills. Proactive, independent, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Background in marketing, communications, design, or related fields. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or other content tools. Interest in finance, technology, or startups.
