Job Description

Position Title: Marketing cum Admin

Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Working days: 5 working days

Salary: $1800 - $2000 [ Based on experience ]

Location: Bukit Batok Street 23

Job Scope

Marketing

-Handle social media marketing

-Conceptualize and curate fresh, creative social posts

-Plan content calendar by creating content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok

-Create simple visual assets in line with brand guidelines with basic photoshop skills

-Responsible to take, edit and upload photos and videos to our official website.

-Responsible for writing up contents for public release to our customers

-Manage and update company websites and website enquiries

-Other duties as assigned

Administrative

-Answering customers enquiries over the phone and online enquiries

-Prepare Risk Assessment and general reports required by the management

-Provide administrative support to sales & engineering team

-Preparation of PowerPoint presentation and Business proposal when required

Job Requirements

-Candidate must have basic photoshop editing skills and video editing skills

-Highly creative in content writing and always on social media

-Proficiency in Microsoft office, Adobe software, Canva
