DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role We are looking for a Director of Marketing to develop and implement the Exclusive Networks marketing capabilities, strategy and operations for the APAC region. Within this role you will also work with a variety of country teams to collaborate, support and lead on regional marketing Projects and work collaboratively with other global marketing leaders. This role will report to SVP APAC. As the Marketing Director APAC, you will:

• Work with the leadership team to establish the Marketing priorities for APAC and roadmap
• Work with the APAC Country Marketing teams to set the Marketing plan and activities
• Lead the Marketing team to build best in class and consistent Marketing programs and execution.
• Act as a mentor and coach for the APAC marketing teams
• Working with Global and Regional Vendor Management to build and drive vendor marketing programmes
• Lead, collaborate and support Regional Marketing projects:
  • Partner Marketing programmes
  • Vendor Marketing programmes
  • Regional Event Management
  • Brand and all brand collateral oversite
  • External Communication strategy & execution and PR agency management
  • Work with Director HR APAC to support Internal Communications activities
• Collaborate with RGMs and CGMs to set MBOs and KPIs for all marketing heads in theatre
• Work with EMEA and NAM Marketing leaders to align (where appropriate)
• Take the lead in building the relationship with APAC Marketing leaders at all key vendors
• Support Investor communications by providing quarterly APAC case studies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Marketing Director APAC:

• Experience managing International marketing teams across APAC within IT Distribution, additional experience within either Reseller, Vendor or Channel experience would be highly desirable.
• Demand generation, Sales Marketing, Brand, PR and Field Marketing experience
• Excellent strategy development and project management skills and experience
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to provide a prominent level of consultation to the senior leadership team and to Key Vendors and Partners.
• Have a creative and engaging personality with the ability to lead teams and be a respected mentor within the business
• Be a collaborative team player and take an influential hands-on approach to the role
• Excellent reporting and analytics skills and experience
• Experience working at a senior level within a public listed company would be beneficial
• Must have exceptional written and oral English language skills
