This pivotal role involves developing and executing impactful brand strategies to enhance consumer engagement and capture market leadership, while leading a team of 4. - Develop and execute brand strategies to drive consumer demand and achieve market share targets.
- Drive product innovation and portfolio management, ensuring effective lifecycle optimization and market relevance.
- Analyze consumer and market trends to shape marketing approaches and unlock new growth avenues.
- Lead media planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches and campaigns.
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field ie. Marketing, Business etc.
- Over 10 years of successful brand management experience within a leading FMCG/Beauty Company
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning, data analysis, and project execution.
- Excellent communicator and presenter with a strong command of English as the role requires close working relationship with Europe HQ
- Extensive experience in launching products, executing digital campaigns, and overseeing media and PR efforts.
