Marketing & E-Commerce Executive

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Salary:

Up to $3,300 basic + variable bonus

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns Coordinate with external agencies to support campaign execution Manage and optimize company presence across digital channels and platforms Monitor KPIs and ROI; provide regular performance analysis reports Manage the digital marketing budget effectively Oversee social media accounts and ensure consistent branding and engagement Optimize website and content for SEO and user experience (using Google Analytics and other tools) Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to drive leads and traffic Drive sales and growth across E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) Manage online store operations, campaigns, and promotions Liaise with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment Assist in planning and organizing company events and exhibitions

Requirements:

1 year of experience in Marketing and/or E-Commerce Proven experience in growing sales on online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and various digital platforms Familiar with E-Commerce seller tools and campaign mechanics Experience with Wordpress, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator Video creation skills using tools such as Capcut * Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or related field
