About the Role

We're looking for a creative, energetic individual to join us as a Marketing & Events Assistant. In this role, you'll help bring our community activities to life -- from designing digital content to supporting lifestyle events and engaging members online. If you enjoy creating, planning, and connecting with people, this role offers a great mix of hands-on experience and fun.

What You'll Do

1) Marketing & Creative Work

Design simple graphics, social posts, and digital ads for our events Assist with copywriting and crafting marketing messages Work with the team to brainstorm fresh, exciting content ideas
2) Events Support

Help plan and coordinate lifestyle and learning events Assist with on-site setup, registration, and member interactions Support engagement events such as kids' activities, pet gatherings, and interest workshops
3) Community Engagement

Keep our Telegram/WhatsApp groups active and updated Create a friendly, welcoming environment for community members Share event-related content and encourage participation
4) Growth & Outreach

Assist with outreach campaigns to attract new participants Learn how to use feedback and basic data to strengthen marketing efforts Contribute creative ideas that boost visibility and engagement

Who We're Looking For

Local undergraduates Creative mindset with an interest in design, marketing, or events Sociable and comfortable interacting with different groups of people Organised, proactive, and open to trying new ideas Interested in community building, lifestyle events, or the wealth management environment
