1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

2. Keep track of inventory.

3. Coordinate with sales management to develop business plan for assigned account.

4. Collaborate with sales to develop opportunities to improve the sales performance.

5. Establish pricing strategy to improve product sales.

6. Prepare sales forecast reports for management on monthly basis.

7. Participate in trade associations and industry conferences to promote company products.

8. Contact potential customers for new business opportunities.

9. Develop new ideas to retain existing customers.

10. Provide customers with information about product and emphasize the features of products to highlight how the product solve customer problems.

11. Identifies and pursues new business and growth opportunities.

12. Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies.

13. Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing/products/ trends in the market.

14. Receive feedback and work on it to resolve issues.

Job Requirement

1. Holders of Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Engineering / Science or any related field.

2. Preferably sales agent with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering background.

3. Preferably sales agent with Electrical Engineering background.

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Good command in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point & Excel.

6. Excellent customer service skills.

7. Possess own transport.

8. High level negotiation and persuasive skills.

9. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and work under pressure.
