- Process returned contracts, send invoices to clients
- Send reminders for outstanding payment
- Handle simple email enquiries from clients
- Data entry & Management
- Prepare/send letter of invitations for visa applications
- Generate/send login credentials for Online Exhibitor Manual (OEM)
- Process OEM forms, send reminders to exhibitors
- Check exhibitors\' details for visitor guides/floorplans
- Preparation of materials for exhibitor check-in during show days
- Assist in updating of FloorplanDuring Show Days Period(Build up + Actual Show Days)
- Manage exhibitor check in counters (Build-up days)
- Manning of Service Counter(Show days)Qualifications

• Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Canva / Autocad would be ideal

• Experience with Salesforce CRM desirable
• MS Office
